6. Payment Terms
Payment is required before services commence. Invoices will be sent to clients, and payment must be made within 7 days of receipt. We accept payments via Paypal and Crypto.

7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the work has commenced. If a service is unsatisfactory, clients must notify us within 7 day to discuss resolution options.

8. Intellectual Property
All content created for clients remains the intellectual property of Serviceens until full payment is received. Upon payment, the rights to the final product will be transferred to the client, except for any underlying technologies or materials owned by Serviceens.

9. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any information provided to us will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claims arising out of these Terms and Conditions or our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Butuan City.
